There, in the wilds of Yosemite, was the ARRA, funding road and infrastructure improvements to one our greatest national parks! So the next time somebody asks you what the ARRA has achieved, point to HIPAA expansion, breach notifications, tougher sanctions… and yes, Yosemite!
