Some examples of actual consulting projects executed by HIPAA Group…

  • When one of the top-five healthcare communications companies, with offices in 21 countries, needed to launch a new inbound call-center project for a major medical device manufacturer, they called on HIPAA Group. We developed customized training for project principles and staff, helped assess project risk, and made process and technology recommendations to ensure a smooth rollout.
  • When one of America’s largest onsite (workplace) healthcare companies began an aggressive corporate expansion program, they engaged HIPAA Group to clarify the situation. • A leading workplace Rewards Management Company consulted with HIPAA Group to help then understand the implications of the recently-modified HIPAA Wellness Regulations on their operations, marketing, and technology infrastructure. HIPAA Group conducted a systematic, onsite evaluation of the client’s headquarters operations and technology infrastructure, and presented recommendations for improvements.
  • Several specialized web-services companies, including major hosting and data backup firms, have used HIPAA Group’s technical consulting services to ensure compliance with HIPAA’s privacy and security mandates. HIPAA Group has also assisted such firms with marketing communications, to ensure that they deliver a clear, compelling story about their compliance efforts to clients and prospects.
  • When the TPA (Third Party Administrator) division of one of America’s largest banks needed customized HIPAA training and materials, they called on HIPAA Group to meet their needs.
