Shipping & Returns

HIPAA Group is pleased to provide Free Shipping of our shippable products. We proudly provide Federal Express Two Business Day service within the USA. If you require priority or overnight service, there is a $35 fee. Please call our office before 3:00PM, Eastern Time to make those arrangements. We cannot guarantee the on time service of our carrier, but will do our best to assure your products arrive in good condition and in a timely manner.
 

 

We cannot guarantee arrival times and all shipments are subject to the carrier’s ability to deliver. Because our products are digitally downloaded or emailed ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If upon receipt of shipped products there is damage to the box or the items it contains, please bring it to the attention of Fed Ex and notify our Headquarters at 888 494 6987 the day of receipt. All software is tested before shipping for quality and accessibility, then protected in a jewel case and bubble wrapped for shipping. Due to duplication capabilities no refunds will be offered for these items. Please contact HIPAA Group with any concerns or possible remedies.


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HIPAA Store, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of the Terms of Service or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. The Terms of Service will inure to the benefit of HIPAA Store's successors, assigns and licensees.
